1. The above named individual will be contacted

2. A pet quality puppy is sold with the written
agreement that the puppy must be spayed/neutered prior
to one (1) year of age.
3. If the puppy of the listed sex is available,
a balance of one thousand seven hundred dollars ($1,700) is due, in full, at
the time the puppy is given over to the above listed individual.

If the above named individual
is no longer interested in purchasing a puppy the deposit shall become property
of the breeder.

If a puppy of the desired sex
is not available, a full refund will be made.
If a companion quality puppy of the opposite sex is available, the above
individual may exercise an option purchase the available puppy.
