PAYMENT
$2,000 cash, the sum of which is hereby acknowledged.
GUARANTEE
This Westie is guaranteed to be free of genetic disease. In the event of genetic disease, replacement or refund shall be made upon return of the above Westie to the BREEDER. If the BUYER elects to keep the Westie and seek medical treatment for the disease, the BREEDER will pay the cost of the medical expenses for the genetic disease up to the full purchase price of the puppy ($2,000).
The above Westie may be returned for any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days of this agreement for a refund, provided the puppy is in the same good condition.
If at any time or for any reason, the BUYER is unable to care for the above Westie, the BREEDER requests that the Westie by returned for placement.
REGISTRATION
The BREEDER will transfer the official AKC Dog Registration (limited) to the Buyer after the Buyer provides proof of spaying/neutering. A photocopy of the AKC application is provided with the puppy.
