Lincoln began his conformation show career in the Bred By Exhibitor Class at the York Kennel Club show on July 20, 2003 and was awarded Winners Dog.   Lincoln has shown on a very limited basis by a combination of handlers that included friend - Jody Brinley - and professional handler - Jane Sajban - who handled Lincoln to both his major wins.  Lincoln finished his breed championship in October 2005 with owner Stephanie Capkovic holding the lead.  Lincoln was the 10^th Bella Vista Westie to earn an AKC Championship Title.

In addition to his beautiful straight, white coat & solid bone, Lincoln has the sweetest personality!  We always say he is a “lover” not a fighter.  In fact, it was this laid-back attitude that occasionally put him in second rather than first place in breed competition.  He is a pleasure to live with and very easy to train.

Currently Lincoln resides in Camp Hill, PA with Nova & Don and his Westie sister, Emily (Bella Vista’s Devil in White NJP, NAP).  Like his sister he is also being trained in agility.  He is a steady worker but in all honesty, does not have a lot of speed.  He has earned the Novice Preferred Titles in both the Standard & Jumpers With Weaves Class in AKC agility events and continues to pursue agility titles in this and other agility venues.

Lincoln is available at stud to approved bitches only.  He has been successfully bred and references on his offspring are available upon request.
