Classes:
Payment:
A $20 Deposit is required to hold a slot in the desired class session.
Remaining class fees are due at the first class session.
Refunds:
All deposits are non-refundable. If advance notification is given and the slot is able to be filled, the deposit may be applied to a class in the next session.
Class fees are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of BVTC in the event of serious illness or injury of the dog/handler. If credits for future classes are issued, these credits will expire at the end of a 180 day period.

Payment:
Payment in full is due to hold a slot in the desired session.
Refunds:
Refunds (minus a $10 administrative fee) will be made if adequate advance notice is received for BVTC to fill the slot. If the slot cannot be filled, no refund will be issued.
Types of Payment Accepted:
BVTC accepts personal checks (payable to “Bella Vista Training Center”), money orders & cash.
There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
