We believe that personalized instruction is extremely important, so we limit the number of students in each of our sessions. To ensure that we do not exceed our limits, we require a $20 deposit to reserve a space in our classes.
First-time students: Please click on the mail-in application. Print it out, and mail along with your $20 deposit check to hold your place in class.
Returning students: (for those dog/handler teams who have previously attended a Bella Vista course: You may complete our online registration. Pressing "Submit" will email your completed form to us. We ask that you also print-out the completed form and mail with your $20 deposit check.

Remaining payment for the session is due at the first class.
